Barony green flap holster
This is a great holster to protect your prized 1911. I have bought several of these over the years, but they aren’t cheap anymore, but 50.00 is not too expensive for a 1,000.00 + 1911. They are for a 5” 1911, but my 6” 1911 fits too, it just sticks out the end about an inch. Well worth the 50.00! This is a high class leather company!

Great Holster

FULL SIZE FLAP HOLSTER
Ordered this Flap Top for a Beretta M9, works perfect on horse- back, and in brush environments, good protection & no hang ups. It did have an extra stitch at the trigger guard, but a quick snip on the stitch allowed the pistol to fully enter the holster. I would highly recommend this holster.

Desert Sand Flap Holster
Got the holster a couple of days ago no problems with order or delivery. Holster seems to hold gun Ruger American Duty size .45 securely and mostly covers it which is what I want, is also one of the few left handed holsters I was able to find. My only issue is the velcro closure has that distinctive rip sound of velcro. As an improvement I would make the closure a type of button and loop system. Place a large button on the flap a small loop on the holster feed fabric, leather, elastic through the loop, tie it into a large loop and hook it over the button to close the holster, maybe with some type of plastic or wooden handle on the loop. That way the loop can be quietly lifted off the button and the holster opened. If I can't find a way to make this myself I will probably order the available leather holster to get away from the rip sound of velcro.

best holster for outdoorsman
I use this holster while horseback riding. So far this holster has been on hundreds of rides. I go 2-3 times a week weather permitting. This holster is very comfortable and keeps my pistol secure and safe and easy to access.
