You may return all new condition items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also reimburse return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In most cases, if you received an incorrect/defective order, we will be happy to send you the correct replacement with a prepaid return envelope for the incorrect item.

We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of receiving the return from you, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker.

If you need to return an item, simply send the item(s) back with a note detailing your order number and whether you are requesting exchange or refund to the return address above.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We DO NOT accept returns or process refunds for orders that are custom-made or altered in any way from the original item listed on our website.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange any new condition item within 60 days of the purchase date.

Shipping Policy

Typically, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase unless you have requested a custom order or exchange; in which case allow a 2-5 day processing time. We ship to select countries and will cancel orders for countries we do not ship to. Note: there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Free shipping on all orders within the United States. We ship to P.O. Boxes and all military addresses. Typically, delivery time to anywhere in the continental U.S. is between 2-5 days.

When you place an international order, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please also note that the international shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
