Great holster ,thank you.

A good, basic shoulder rig for the price ($60 USD). I wasn't looking for anything fancy, so this fit the bill nicely.
Retention strap is positioned and setup to hold at the frame/handle, but on this model CA Bulldog there is not a lot of "purchase" at that point and given that this is a side-draw/horiz'l rig, I want more secure retention so I positioned the strap behind the hammer. I was concerned that the retention strap would be in a sewn/fixed position, but thankfully it is attached to the holster via velcro and allows for some adjustment AND the rig comes w/a popsicle stick to assist w/that task. However, the adjustment in this position (on the hammer) is at the extreme limit for the velcro so it connects just barely enough. I will be adding more velcro to the adjustment strap for a secure fitment.
All materials and craftsmanship are very good, esp considering this is half the price of other rigs. Thx!

As far as I know, this is the only ready-made shoulder holster you can purchase that will fit Charter Arm’s Pitbull 2.50-inch-snubnose revolver. The description says it will fit a 9mm Pitbull, but it fits the bigger caliber .45 ACP Pitbull just fine. The holster, the shoulder pad, and the connector at the back are made of leather, but the straps are made of nylon. The holster is very lightweight at 5.5 ounces. The straps are very adjustable – ensuring a secure fit. I recommend the horizontal draw because it is easier to draw your weapon from a sitting position while driving your car.

Once again I was told I was going to be a hard find to be able to put a under sling holster or get one for my cimarron three and a half thunderer. I was so happy to find this company The combination of straps loops that connect to your belt and the leather made for the back strap center strap and the sling that my cowboy gun fits in her perfectly thank you so much I recommend it for all who want to carry their old cowboy gun the way doc Holliday did
